How do I return an item purchased on artlivings.com?
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products.
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
Damaged Product
Dead on Arrival
Manufacturing Defect
Incomplete Product
Incorrect Product
Expired Product

Art Livings Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item. Art Livings will pick up the product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however, locations where we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us. Customized orders cannot be returned. Once your return claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.

Your complete satisfaction is our only goal! To make this hassle-free, we will also pick up the product free of cost from your home. All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition as you received it. All you need to do is initiate claim request my emailing us at info@artlivings.com.
